A strict check on the raw materials through metallurgical spectrometry and hardness testing in regular practice ensures a very long life to the components.
Our components are manufactured on state-of-the-art VMC,CNC machines with the highest global precision standards.
Fabricated Components
At Gavin Industries, we can take care of every step in-house with minimal to no outsourcing. This safeguards the integrity of your product, while also lowering production costs.
When you choose to work with the Gavin family, you enjoy the following benefits. When you have a specialized part that you need to replicate but don’t have the designs for it, reverse engineering is the path to take. That same precision scanning is advantageous when you need to inspect a component thoroughly.
